An all-inclusive 23-mile excursion on the Licking River. Park will supply canoe's, Life jackets, transportation for 12, tents, sleeping bags, bed rolls, snacks, evening meal, and breakfast all for just $69.95. 14 miles on first day and will return the next day to park by 1:00 pm.

Carlisle will be participating with 59 other communities along Highway 68 and Highway 80 in a 400 mile sale across the state of Kentucky. The sale spans from Maysville to Paducah. Hundreds of antique shops, yard sales and special events will be taking place during this 4-day event.

Blue Licks Battlefield pays tribute to the brave pioneers who fought and died at the Battle of Blue Licks August 19, 1782 during this weekend of special programs and demonstrations. A craft area features local crafters, artisans and vendors along with special music and a battle reenactment at 3:00 pm on each day. Stroll through the pioneer encampment and see how pioneers lived over 200 years ago. Special museum programs featuring hands on demonstrations.
