The Neal Welcome Center
The restoration project of the J.T. Sims/Neal Building will allow Carlisle-Nicholas Co. Tourism, Inc. and the Nicholas County Historical Society to operate a welcome center and a museum for holdings and other contributions. Come and visit to see historical artifacts, arts and crafts in the rejuvenation of this old country store.
