Serves steaks, burgers, salads, desserts. Customer favorites: features Home-grown beef raised right on the owner's farm. Heary comfort food dishes include hand cut prime rib, ribs, catfish, country fried steak, and creamy shrimp and grits. Weekly specials rotate from the kitchen. Enjoy a four course meal including an appetizer, salad, entrée and a choice of desserts as you dine at the historic Jailer's House in downtown Carlisle. Luncheons are the 2nd Thursday of each month at noon from March through November, and there are two Holiday Luncheons in December. 

The Daily Specials make Tracks a Carlisle-Nicholas County attraction as they offer a wide variety of hamburgers, salads, steaks and stir-frys. Feel free to stop in and try any of their delicious dishes, or just grab a drink as they are one of the many restaurants that offer beer.
